Description
This is training for Legal Entity providers who will be entering data into the FSP OMA and/or monitoring FSP data including clinicians and supervisors.
Target Audience
Legal Entity FSP service provider administrative data entry staff who are responsible for entering data from the paper FSP Outcome forms into the online FSP OMA along with program supervisors and clinicians.OBJECTIVES
- Describe the importance of Outcomes
- Identify the 3 types of FSP forms: Baseline, KEC and 3 Month assessments and how they work together
- Enter the Baseline assessment into OUTCOMES MEASURE APPLICATION (OMA); Start a KEC (3 types of KECs) in OMA
