Description

The Road to recovery for those diagnosed with severe mental illness is often complex and demanding. The Full-Service Partnership (FSP) program has been designed to meet this need with a “whatever it takes” attitude and 24/7 crisis availability.  Accurately measuring the effectiveness of treatment is an important component of good clinical care. This training is designed to equip providers with the necessary skills to capture State mandated outcomes for all FSP programs.

Target Audience

This training is required for clinical staff who will be completing documentation for FSP programs. It is recommended for all supervisory and administrative personnel who are working with FSP programs.

OBJECTIVES

  1. Cite at least one example of how effective FSP can be for many among its’ intended population.
  2. Identify the three forms that make up the FSP reporting requirements and be able to describe what distinguishes one form from the other.
  3. State how a client partnership is established and the importance that the partnership date has for ongoing documentation.
  4. Be able to describe at least one of the two supplemental tools created by Outcomes Division that can help with the accurate collection of data.
  5. Identify what Key Event Change (KEC) stands for and when it is to be collected.
  6. Identify what the Three Month (3M) stands for and when it is to be collected.
  7. Describe what happens if a 3M assessment is not collected within the 45-day window.
