Description
This is training for DMH STAFF who will be entering data into FSP OMA and/or monitoring FSP data including clinicians and supervisors.
Target Audience
Directly Operated FSP service provider staff who are responsible for entering data from the paper FSP Outcomes forms into the online FSP OMA along with program supervisors and clinicians.OBJECTIVES

Identify the 3 types of FSP forms and how they work together
Enter a Baseline assessment, KEC and 3M into FSP OMA-DO
