Our Purpose
"The purpose of the eventsHub site is to offer a registration, administrative management, tracking, and eCommerce website for access to mental health related trainings and conferences. Here users can see the most up to date available conferences and trainings provided by Los Angeles County’s Department of Mental Health (DMH), view details and other announcements of the site, and maintain a transcript account of all attended events. Users can not only view all available training events, they can also obtain registration/e-tickets for admission to those seminars."
Our DMH Mission
Our mission at DMH is to optimize the hope, wellbeing and life trajectory of Los Angeles County’s most vulnerable through access to care and resources that promote not only independence and personal recovery but also connectedness and community reintegration.
Public mental health, including DMH staff, and DMH Contract agency staff are able to register for these training events.
First click on LOGIN and Apply to obtain an account. Upon logging in, click on View Events to view all upcoming events. Click Register on the event you wish in order to attend. You can also search for an event by entering either a title or a date of the event in the Search option.
Each event listed describes the training offered, including whether CEUs are offered.
Most trainings are free to identified public mental health staff. Other event costs vary depending on the event or conference.
The ACCESS HOTLINE operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week as the entry point for mental health services in Los Angeles County.
